Ash Wednesday is Wednesday February 26, 2020 this year to start off the Lenten season. Lent is a 40-day season of fasting, repentance and reflection before Easter. We will attend Mass at St. Laurence as a school, and reflect on Christ’s life during Lent, focusing on His own ultimate triumph over temptation. Lent ends with the celebration of Easter, marking Jesus’ resurrection. 

St. Laurence encourages students to make a Lenten sacrifice to better connect with Christ.
