Sister Regina Matulka, IHM
Welcome to the Saint Laurence School web page. As you familiarize yourself with our school, you will come to know us, a community committed to academic excellence and service in the IHM Tradition. At SLS we strongly believe that the education of our children is a partnership between home and school and that parent involvement is crucial to the success of our students.
Under the leadership of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, our school opened in a one-room farmhouse in 1919. Today, 100+ years later, we continue our tradition of excellence and maintain our reputation as an on-going gift to the community and Church.
In our school, Jesus is the Center and Mary, the Model. Our caring and qualified professional staff are committed to providing a faith and value based education, excellence in academics, and a safe and engaging learning environment in which to learn. The rich diversity and uniqueness of each of our students is recognized and celebrated for the individual gifts and talents they bring to our school family. Saint Laurence School is truly a place of love and learning.
